The Fountains at Metrowest is a gated condominium community. The Fountains at Metrowest has only two entrances. They are located on the north side of Westgate Dr. The community as a whole is located about ½ of a mile west of Westgate Square Shopping Center. Metrowest is about 5 miles west of Downtown Orlando Florida.

The Fountains at Metrowest is a very classy looking gated condominium community. The amenities include a fitness center and a community pool that can be seen as soon as you enter the main entrance. The neighborhood was built between the years of 1999 and 2002. This is a common age for the condos in Metrowest. The condos come in sizes ranging from 631 square feet to 1,346 square feet of living area. The largest of the condos has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and the smallest has one bed and one bath. In the previous years, approximately 21 of these condos have sold each year averaging just under 2 every month.

Located just to the east is Westgate Square Shopping Center. This shopping center is only a small sampling of the stores that are within 2 miles of the community which even include a post office. To the south there is also a Walmart Supercenter and a few other restaurants and a Starbucks coffee shop. Metrowest is a master planned community which was built with the convenience of its residents in mind. Most of what you need will likely be nearby.
