Stonebridge Preserve

Stonebridge Reserve is a condominium community in Orlando Florida. Stonebridge Reserve is actually located in an area known as Metrowest on the northern shoreline of Turkey Lake. Turkey Lake and this community are roughly 5.5 miles from downtown Orlando Florida and very close to everything else.

Stonebridge Reserve is very much a traditional condominium community. There is plenty of parking and some of it is covered. The community pool is centrally located and surrounded by 4 story condominiums with many balconies to view it from. The pool has a nice pool house with facilities and plenty of space and lounge chairs.

On the southern portion of the community there are several buildings with views of Turkey Lake. Not only is the lake beautiful but you can also witness some great views of the area around Universal Orlando Resort which is only 2 miles to the south of Stonebridge Reserve condos. The homes here vary in size from 1,112 square feet to 2,129 square feet of living space. The larger floor plan having 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms. The smaller having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very few of these condos come up for sale. On average expect one to sell every 2 months. So, if you see one for sale below in your price range contact us as soon as you can. A properly priced condo in this community will not go un noticed.

Not only is Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios, islands of Adventure and Volcano bay within minutes of these condos but so are several of Orlando’s most famous shopping malls. The Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia are both very close by. If it is a grocery run you are making there is a Walmart Supercenter just  one mile north of your new home or vacation condo in Stonebridge Reserve
