Stonebridge Lakes

Stonebridge Lakes is a gated community in Metrowest. Stonebridge Lakes has several sections but this section will only address the traditional single family homes located on the south side of Arnold Palmer Dr. North of Turkey Lake. If you are not familiar with the area Stonebridge Lakes is located in a part of Orlando known as Metrowest about 5 miles to the west of what most refer to as downtown Orlando. Metrowest was a planned development and very popular.

Stonebridge Lakes contains approximately 103 homes.  21 homes are waterfront on the large pond with the fountain and about 30 homes are on the south side of Buford St. and have Turkey Lake behind them. The community was constructed beginning in 2003 and completing in 2005. These lovely homes vary in size from 1,558 square feet to 2,650 square feet of living area and can be purchased with up to 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. On the downside the residents seem very satisfied with their Stonebridge Lakes homes. On average only 3 have sold per year making this one of the steadiest communities in Western Orlando. Stonebridge Lakes is within 2 miles of a Publix Supermarket and a Walmart Supercenter. Each of these locations have numerous other restaurants, shops, stores and service providers. The 435 or South Kirkman Rd. is just east of the community and can have you in downtown Orlando in about 15 minutes on an average day.
