Stonebridge Place Vistas in Metrowest. Stonebridge Place Vistas is a condominium community in Orlando Florida. The area of Orlando that it is in is known as Metrowest. This area is about 5 miles to the west of the area most commonly referred to as downtown Orlando.

Stonebridge Place Vistas is a waterfront community on the south side of a large pond. The portion of the pond enjoyed by the condos is approximately ¼ of a mile long. The pond is actually as large as some lakes in central Florida. The condos were built in 2002 and 2003. They range in size from 1,546 square feet to 1,682 square feet of living space. The homes come in 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath floorplans. In most places parking is restricted to the driveways or the individual garages. However, on the west side of this community there is a nice open park with parking on the street. The amenities here include a beautiful community pool and a large fitness room. The community pool and amenities center are located between Tolstoy Ln and the smaller pond.

There are several restaurants nearby and a Walmart Supercenter for getting groceries or other personnel items. The Walmart has several shops and stores next to it and you will be pleased to hear that most of the items we are all accustomed to are within a 5 minute drive of Stonebridge Place Vistas. Valencia College has a beautiful Western Campus just 5 minutes north for those wishing to further themselves with higher education.

Stonebridge Place Vistas has several options for commuting which place it within 15 minutes of downtown Orlando. However, you will much more likely stay close to home when you discover that the best shopping malls in Orlando are just 10 minutes to the south near Universal Orlando Resort.
