Stonebridge Commons Vista

Stonebridge Commons or Vista at Stonebridge is a community of condos and townhomes in the Metrowest portion of Orlando Florida. Stonebridge Commons is located approximately 5.25 miles west of downtown Orlando and less than 1 mile north of turkey lake. If you are not from this area or have not heard of Metrowest it is a fantastic place to live not far from everything that is greater Orlando Florida.

Stonebridge Commons Vista contains a mixture of condos and townhomes. Most of the townhomes were built between the years of 2002 and 2006. The townhomes vary in size from 1,546 square feet to 1,685 square feet of living area and have up to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  The amenities are Stonebridge Commons and include fitness, community pool and more. The pool and center are one of the best in the area.

Stonebridge Commons Vista is in one of the best locations in Metrowest. That is saying something because a lot of thought went into the design of this area. Yes, there is a golf course and it is a good one. However most move to Metrowest because of the ability to get everything you need close to your home and the easy commuting. Downtown Orlando is under 20 minutes away and many of the best features of Orlando are much closer. Some residents attend the local university to the north of Stonebridge Commons Vista. Valencia College is less than 5 minutes from your doorstep on an average day.

One of the areas’ largest employers and also a great place to spend the day or take visiting family members is Universals Orlando Resort and the associated parks. What many who are not familiar with the area do not realize is the best shopping malls in Orlando are in the same location.
