Bermuda Dunes is a community in Metrowest. Bermuda Dunes is located in greater Orlando Florida in a planned development that is known as Metrowest. Downtown Orlando Florida is approximately 6.5 miles to the east.

Bermuda Dunes was built in 1994 and has recently been through some changes. However, it is a great place to live with good amenities and a fantastic Metrowest location. The condos here were built in sizes varying from 665 square feet to 1,466 square feet and you can get a 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo here. If you prefer less space you can also get the 665 square foot condo which has 1 bed and one bath. Normally one condo will sell here every 3 weeks. If you see one for sale and it seems to be priced appropriately contact immediately because it will not go un noticed. A properly priced home in Bermuda Dunes will sell in days.

Bermuda Dunes also has some great amenities. There is a large beautiful pool with a waterfall and clubhouse with a fitness center. There is also a tennis court, volleyball court and a lot of open spaces for afternoon activities. Many of the condos have a good view of the golf course.

One of the best things about Metrowest was the initial planners wanted you to be able to stay close to home if you chose to. Bermuda Dunes is in a great place to help you accomplish that. Directly across S. Hiawassee Rd is a Publix Supermarket, restaurants and a few other shops and service providers.  If it is an afternoon at the Turkey Lake you want then Bill Frederick Park is just one mile south and has a lot to offer its patrons. As you can see Bermuda Dunes does have a lot going for it, all it needs is you.
