Windsor Landing is a gated community in Southernmost Ocoee Florida.

Windsor landing has 2 entrances. The North entrance is on Thornebrooke Drive and the Western most commonly used entrance is on the Eastern side of Maguire Road. This is the Southernmost community in Ocoee Florida located on Maguire Road. Directly across the street is Belmere Village which is a Windermere Florida community.

Windsor landing is a very nice community with quite a few luxury homes inside.

There is a nice park and playground in the center of the neighborhood on the South side of Sagecrest Drive or you have the option of visiting Freedom Park which is nearby. There is no community pool but you are just minutes from Lake Down and thee Butler Chain of Lakes. There are three ponds in this community providing water view and 2 of them have large fountains.

Windsor landing is a gated community consisting of 214 homes and home sites.

Of those homes 44 homes are waterfront (on ponds). The home styles in this subdivision vary and so do the home sizes. The smallest home is approximately 2,345 sf. and the largest home is 4,151 sf. Those are respectable home sizes for any community. There are no condos or townhomes here. Construction on Windsor Landing was started in 2001 and was mostly completed by 2005. There are a couple of exceptions including one home which was built in the 1930’s. In the last 5 years 44 homes have sold. That is 9 per year and 12 home sales per year would normally be expected for this area and this type community. Few yearly sales is a good sign that home owners are mostly content and it is a stable community.
