The Village of Wesmere in Ocoee Florida is a gated community comprised of both traditional single-family homes and modern townhomes.

The community is conveniently located on the South side of Tomyn Boulevard and on the Eastern side of Maguire Road. This neighborhood is just minutes from Florida Turnpike or Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) access points. Village of Wesmere is directly across Maguire Road from Wesmere.

If you enter on Wesmere Village Blvd. after passing through the entrance gates you will see the Village of Wesmere Clubhouse. The community has a very nice clubhouse, community pool, community garden and children’s playground for the residents of the 565 homes within its’ gates. You can walk to these amenities from anywhere in the community on the abundance of sidewalks. There are Tennis courts and basketball courts for residents to use in the Wesmere sister community which is nearby. There are also two large ponds and fountains.

The Townhomes in the Village of Wesmere vary in size from 1,380 sf. to 2,528 sf. and were built from 2008-2013. The single-family homes vary in size from 1,361 sf. to 2,663 sf. The traditional homes were built from 2011-2014 making this one of the newer communities in Southern Ocoee.

The Village of Wesmere has nice homes and townhomes.

A quick drive through the community or tour of any of the homes will tell you that. Once you get to know the area you realize what a great location that this community was built in. Just 3 miles North from the entrance gate is the West Oaks Mall, AMC 14 West Oaks Theater, Health Central South Hospital and the Walmart Supercenter. The hospital is a complete hospital with all of the traditional satellite offices.  There are closer restaurants and supermarkets to the South.
