Brookestone has three entrances but the most commonly used one is on the West side of Maguire Road about ½ of a mile South of the Florida Turnpike.
It’s beautiful gated entrance and 5 large community ponds add a lot to the appearance. On the North side of the community there is a tennis court, basketball court and children’s playground. There is plenty of parking and the area is also shaded by large trees at this location.
Even though there are many homes they do not appear or feel like they are too close together. This neighborhood is just a very large one. The homes here vary in size from approximately 1,938 sf. to just under 4,000 sf. of living space. There are no townhomes or condos in this subdivision. Most of the homes here were built between 2000 and 2004.
There are several similar communities in this part of Ocoee because of the ability to commute, the proximity to activities and shopping. Ocoee is actually a thriving city with its own shopping mall, movie theater and hospital. All of these are within minutes of this community. Also, just a mile to the South is a Publix Supermarket and many shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Commuting from Brookstone to work or the local attractions is fairly easy. You can be in downtown Orlando is under 20 minutes. The Daniel Webster Western Beltway and the Florida Turnpike are nearby. You may never need to use them because there are several other good choices.
