Wesmere is a community of homes in Ocoee Florida.

Wesmere is located in Southern Ocoee and it has 2 entrances. One is on the West side of Maguire Road and one is on the North side of Roberson Road.

Wesmere has many different subdivisions inside of its’ gates.

It also has a variety of homes styles and sizes. The amenities are really good and there is ample parking at the amenities center. There is a full court basketball court, 4 tennis courts, a children’s playground, community garden and a very nice swimming pool. Directly across from the amenities is a large pond with a fountain that makes the entire area look open and very classy. There is an even larger pond just to the South still inside of Wesmere.

Wesmere has hundreds of homes and contains many subdivisions.

There are nearly 100 waterfront homes and countless homes with water view in the community. If you like larger than average yards there are 16 culde-sacs and many radiuses and turns within the neighborhood causing some of the homes to have irregular and larger than average yard sizes.

The homes in Wesmere vary in size from approximately 1,331 sf. to 3,748 sf. of living area. The community was started in 1990 and was mostly finished by 2000. It is not the newest group of subdivisions in this area but it is a very attractive community that is a pleasure to drive through.

In the last 5 years on average 35 homes have sold every year. That seems like a lot until you drive through this expansive neighborhood and see how large it is.
