Meadow Ridge is rather hidden away having only 2 entrances. The Eastern entrance is on 7^th Avenue and the Western or main entrance is on Jordan Rose Avenue on the East side of Maguire Road.

Meadow Ridge is a community of 142 luxury homes.

The neighborhood has a very nice amenities center and pool with a children’s playground and a covered area for relaxing and enjoying the main pond and fountain. There are three large ponds here and each one has a large fountain. If you want to enjoy them upon arrival then use the Western entrance where all three are visible.

The homes all look very good. The community is always a pleasure to visit because it is so well maintained and the homes look great. The homes here range in size from approximately 2,163 sf. to 3,580 sf. of living space. Meadow Ridge was built starting in 2007 and was mostly completed by 2012. It is one of the newer communities in this area. There are actually quite a few communities within just a couple of miles. The area is great. In the last 5 years only 41 homes here have sold. Normally a steady community has a sales rate of 6% in this area. The math works so most of the residents here must be relatively happy.

As nice as Meadow Ridge is it is also in a great area.

Just outside of the main entrance is a Publix Supermarket, shops, boutiques and several good restaurants. Just to the South is Windermere Town, Lake Butler and Lake Down. To the North within 3 miles is the West Oaks Mall, AMC 14 West oaks Theater, Walmart Supercenter and Ocoee’s Health Central Hospital.
