Worthington Park is a luxury community located on the West side of Hempel Avenue and Lake Olivia. The community is one of the smaller ones in all of Windermere. Having just 12 housing lots and 9 homes. The homes are some of the nicest homes in the local area.

The homes in Worthington Park range in size from almost 4,900 square feet to over 7,600 square feet (not including garage space etc.). Most homes in this community were built before 2010 and most of the homes here have sold for over one million dollars at one time in their short history. These homes are contemporary castles.
