The Woods of Windermere is a luxury home community in Northern Windermere Fl.

Woods of Windermere is a non-gated community of 12 homes. The homes range in size from 3,500 sf. to well over 5,000 square feet of living space. The homes were mostly constructed between 2012 and 2014 and are all modern and beautiful homes.

The entrance to the community is attractive and easy to pull in and out of.  After entering the Woods of Windermere there are only four homes and a pond that are immediately noticeable. After rounding the corner by the first community pond you enter the back of the community. Here there is a larger pond and all of the homes are very nice. The yards are larger than the average newer homes but this still looks like a modern community.

The main entrance is on Park Ridge Gotha Road.

One half of a mile East is Gotha Park. Gotha Park is a very nice park with a tennis court and children’s play area and is very nicely shaded. Gotha is a historic town and highly thought of in the Windermere area.

The Woods of Windermere seems to be in a very rural place when you look at it on a map. Actually, the Woods of Windermere is just in a beautiful location and very close to the modern world and all of its conveniences. Just 2.6 miles North on Hempel Avenue there is a Super Walmart and Health Central Hospital of Ocoee. Even closer is the Plantation Grove Shopping Center just 1.6 miles from the community. At the Plantation Grove is a Publix Supermarket, restaurants, a nail salon and many shops and boutiques.

The Woods of Windermere is a very stable community. When there’s homes for sale in the Woods of Windermere they are worth a very close look.
