There is only one entrance and 50 single family homes inside. There is one large pond on the Western side between the community and the West Orange Golf Course. I believe every home in this community is technically water view. Most of the neighborhood’s homes were built between 1987 and 2014. There are at least 2 homes under 2,000 square feet and the largest home is well over 4,600. The homes seldom come up for sale simply because there are so few of them. In the last 5 years only 12 homes have sold. The most expensive home to have sold was just over $450,000. When you drive into Woodbridge it looks like a community that would be more expensive.
There are several Tennis Courts and a community pool. You can also play all of the golf you can schedule in advance. Most people are surprised at how attractive this course is. With the level of competition in this area if your course is not good enough everyone knows soon. The course has been here since 1967 and if you are curious a cart costs about $20 for 18 holes. Money well spent.
Woodbridge has much more than a golf course next to it and fine homes. It has a great location. Shopping or dining can be done in literally any direction. Just North is the Winter Garden Village, To the South is Cornerstone Market Place and to the West is Stoneybrook West Village.
