Wintermere Harbor is a gated community in Winter Garden Florida.

Wintermere Harbor is located 1/3 of a mile South of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road on the East side of Winter Garden Vineland Road.

Wintermere Harbor is a community of 91 luxury homes.

There is a community children’s park, volleyball court and pier on Lake Luntz located near the entrance. Lake Luntz has 21.2-acres of surface area and is a very attractive lake. The community has 5 ponds that also provide water view for homes. There are 12 lakefront homes and 34 waterfront homes in this neighborhood. All but about 20 homes have their own swimming pools.

The homes in Wintermere Harbor range in size from 2,508 square feet to 4,537 square feet of living space. The community had its first homes built in 1999 and the last one was completed in 2003. There may be some exceptions to this but very few. The neighborhood has 8 homes sell every year. That is the average for the last 5 years.

This is an area of Winter Garden that has been popular since before the 429 was built. Even before the 429, people recognized this area as a great location. Now with the Daniel Webster just 1/3 of a mile North Wintermere Harbor is even more valuable. The 429 can have you in downtown Orlando in 20 minutes. You can use it to circumvent traffic and be at Universal Orlando Resort in 20-25 minutes almost anytime. To get to Disney’s Magic Kingdom simply head South on Winter Garden Vineland Road and in about 15-20 you can be there.

Local shopping is very accessible.

You have the Winter Garden Village on the North side of the 429 and it has a Lowes Hardware, Target Supercenter and almost ½ of a square mile of shops, restaurants and parking. Wintermere Harbor is in a great location and has great homes for sale.
