Wingrove Estates is a community of homes in Orlando Florida.

Wingrove Estates is located on the South side of Conroy Windermere Rd. in the Northernmost portion of the area of Orlando Known as Dr. Phillips.

Wingrove Estates is not a gated community but the entrance is very noticeable and attractive. After driving into the neighborhood, you should stay to your right until you see the street name you are looking for. All of the streets on your left are cul-de-sac streets. This is another attractive Dr. Phillips community. The streets are lines with beautiful shade trees and attractive homes. The community is not a very large one. It contains only 80 homes. The homes that have the largest yards are on the West side of Wingrove Blvd. The homes in this neighborhood were built in sizes ranging from approximately 2,464 sf. to 3,241 sf. Most of them were built between 1988 and 1994. In the previous 5 years there have been 27 homes sell. The number of sales in the community are normal for its’ size.

Wingrove Estates has several great things going for it other than the great homes.

It is really close to the Grand oaks shopping center. There is a drugstore and a Fresh Market right next door to this community. Just a couple of miles to the West is the Grove and the Shoppes at Windermere. There are a lot of shops, stores, boutiques and service providers there also. Including a very nice Publix Supermarket.

If commuting is a concern you will also be glad to hear that Interstate-4 is only 4 miles away. People fly thousands of miles to experience this area.
