Windermere Trails is a large community located in Windermere Florida.

Windermere Trails is on the Northeastern end of Reams Road and on the East side of Lake Reams. This community has both townhomes, traditional homes and all of the amenities we have come to expect in newer communities. The community pool and children’s playground are on the Western side of the community on the Eastern shore of Lake Reams. The pool is very nice, has a children’s splash park and there is plenty of parking. 

The townhomes in Windermere Trails range in size from 1600 to over 1,900 square feet.

The townhomes were built starting back in 2015. The single-family homes were started in 2012 and range in size from 1,758 to just under 5,000 square feet of living space. Living space does not include garages etc.

As you drive around the community you will notice that there are numerous large ponds and 3 of the larger bodies of water providing water view for the homes are actually lakes. Lake Reams, Lake Sharp and Lake Spar provide some beautiful scenery for this community. If you get a desire for boating or water sports you are in luck. This is Windermere and the area is famous for its lakes. The Butler Chain of lakes is only minutes from your home in Windermere Trails and you can easily rent boats or personnel watercraft there.

Conveniences that we are all accustomed to are very close to Windermere Trails.

One of the most popular shopping centers in Windermere is the Lakeside Shopping Center. It is less than one mile from this community. At Lakeside there is a Publix Supermarket, fitness center, gas station, The Windermere Medical Center with a walk-in clinic and much more all within just a couple of minutes of the community.
