This gated community if filled with beautiful homes and close to everything you could ever want. Inside of the community on the North end of King George Dr. is a nice community park. There is no community pool but many of the homes have private pools. The Largest LA Fitness in this part of Orlando is just a couple of miles to the South.

This is a community of very attractive homes and it is very well maintained.

It is always a pleasure to show homes here because it is an attractive place. The fact that it is gated helps keep the traffic down to a minimum and the gate is far enough off of the road there is never a problem getting in or out of this neighborhood. The homes here range in size from approximately 2,747 sf. to 4,075 sf. Those are good size homes and larger than most families will ever need. Most of the homes in Windermere Ridge were built between 2001 to 2004. It is common for nicer gated communities of this size to take that long to sell out and finish construction.
