Windermere Chase

Windermere Chase is a community in Gotha Florida. Windermere Chase could easily be considered part of Ocoee. It is located on the Northern portion of 7^th Ave and on the Southwest side of the Florida Turnpike. It has only one entrance and it is a clearly marked beautiful entrance to a gated community. The gate uses electronic admittance.

Windermere Chase is a gated community of approximately 116 beautiful homes. The homes vary in size from 2,286 sf. to 4,320. There is one home that is only 1000 sf. but only one that I am aware of. The majority of the homes could qualify as luxury homes. Most of the homes were built between 1999 and 2000.

There is a large open park with a children’s playground on Windermere Chase Blvd and there are two decent sized community ponds. This is a very low trafficked area. Not only is it a gated community but 7^th Ave only has a few homes on it past Windermere Chase. Many people do not even know this community is even there. There is a noise deflecting wall between the community and the turnpike and most of the homes have private swimming pools.

This is a private gated community full of lovely homes. If it were in the middle of Gotha it would definitely be one of the nicer communities there. Because of its location it’s one of the nicer communities in Ocoee also. Just a mile from the entrance there is a Publix Supermarket, the fire department, gas stations, banks, childcare and many shops, service providers and restaurants.

Commuting is fairly easy once you learn just a few roads. You can be at the Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay or even Downtown Orlando in 20 minutes if you travel at 9am on a weekday. Windermere Chase homes for sale are definitely worth a closer look.
