Westside Townhomes is a non-gated community in Winter Garden Fl.

Westside Townhomes is located South of West Colonial Drive on Morning Dove Dr. The Southern side of the community has a wall separating it from the Florida Turnpike.

Although the name of this community is Westside Townhomes it is made up mostly of condos and villas. The community is fairly nice and usually the homes here are some of the most affordable in Winter Garden. They seldom come up for sale and when they do they have been selling for cash. There is a community pool that has its own parking. No homes in this community that I know of have garages. All of the parking is in front of the homes. There are parking spaces which allow the cars to not park in the street. The best things about this community are the same things everyone wants of any home. The price for what your buying and the location.

The location is great. It is convenient for shopping and commuting.

West Colonial Drive is very near your entrance and Publix Supermarket is only one-mile East from the community. If you continue down West Colonial Drive you will eventually end up in downtown Orlando. Long before you reach there you will pass the West Oaks Mall, AMC 14 West Oaks Theater, Ocoee’s Health Center Hospital and Super Walmart all less than 5.5 East miles from Westside Townhomes. West Colonial Drive has many different shops, stores and restaurants on it.

Locally, downtown Winter Garden is to the North as is lake Apopka.

The neighborhood is only 2 miles from Plant Street. Plant street is a great place to go and learn about Winter Garden or to get on the West Orange Trail.

Westside Townhomes is a nice community that is very affordable and convenient to all of Winter Garden
