Westover Reserve Windermere Fl

The Westover Reserve is a gated luxury community. Westover Reserve is located in Windermere Florida on the South side of Westover Roberts Road and on the Western side of Lake Apopka Vineland Road. There is only one entrance and it is on Westover Road. It is a beautiful and noticeable entrance with large community signs on both sides of the entrance. The entrance is wide and the gates are set back from Westover Roberts Road. At the entrance, there are 2 large ponds, one on each side of the entrance. The Western pond also has a tennis court and children’s park next to it. There are approximately 80 homes in this community. The homes are all over 2,500 sf. and some are over 4,700 sf. of living space. Living space does not include garages etc. The community was built in phases starting in 2000 and completed in 2005.
