The Westover Club is in Western Windermere Fl.

The Westover club is a gated community consisting of approximately 160 homes and is located East of Lake Down on the South side of Westover Roberts Rd. The entrance is a beautiful entrance that is wide enough to easily get in and out of the community. The gates are set back from the main road and the community sign is attractive and noticeable. Inside the gates of this community you will find community tennis courts, a sport court, children’s park and a volleyball court in the Northwestern corner. The park has its own paved parking lot with adequate parking spaces. The Westover Club is well maintained and you can certainly see the pride of ownership homeowners here have in their homes. The homes were constructed from 2000 through 2003 and they range in size from 2,400 to almost 4,500 sf. of living area which does not include garages etc.

Less than one half of a mile East is South Apopka Vineland Rd.

This road will take you to many of the locations you will visit regularly. Within 2.2 miles to the South are the Shoppes at Windermere and The Grove Shopping center. Here there is a Walmart Fresh Market and a Publix Supermarket. Also, there are numerous restaurants, stores and boutiques etc. Many Windermere residents frequent the Grove. Just a little further South is Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay and Dr. Phillips famous Restaurant Row.

To your North within 3 miles there is another Publix Supermarket at the Plantation Grove and a Super Walmart across the Street from the Hospital in Ocoee. Westover Club is a private gated community in a beautiful area but with everything you need within just a five-minute drive.  Homes for sale in the Westover Club are always worth investigating.
