Westfield is occasionally referred to as Westfield Lakes but the first community signs that you see on both Warrior Road and Cemetery Road say Westfield. This large neighborhood is wrapped around most of Lake Beulah. Lake Beulah is located .7 miles South of the Florida Turnpike and on the Northwest side of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road.
Of those homes 38 are waterfront and 32 homes are lakefront homes on Lake Beulah. There are many homes which have some type of water view. Lake Beulah is a beautiful lake having approximately 16.6 acres of surface area. The park where the tennis court and children’s playground are has a slice of the lake for enjoyment of all residents.
Those are respectable numbers for a community even one with new homes. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built between 1996 and 2005. There are a few exceptions. Namely a home that was built in 1962 and it is one of the more valuable homes in Westfield. The most expensive home to have sold in the community was over $700,000. Due to the size of the community on average one home sells every month. That average is over the last 5 years.
One of the best things about living in Winter Garden is everything is so close by. Namely the stores, supermarkets and access to the major highways. No matter how nice your home and community are sooner or later you must leave it. This subdivision was placed with convenience in mind. Publix Supermarket is 2 miles away on West Colonial Drive. Target Supercenter at Winter Garden Village and the 429 are only 1.8 miles because of a great backroad.
Westfield has beautiful homes for sale, a beautiful lake and a great location.
