Waterstone is a gated luxury home community in Windermere Fl.

Waterstone is located on the Northeastern side of Winter Garden Vineland Road and the Southwestern side of Lake Butler. This community is one on the newer true luxury home communities in Windermere Florida. All of the homes were built by hand-picked builders. These builders use the strictest standards when building their homes and blending the homes into the natural surroundings was an additional requirement. The end result was one of the nicest luxury home communities in all of Windermere. That is saying a lot because Windermere has the best luxury home communities in the greater Orlando area.

Waterstone has waterfront or water view homes on 4 ponds and lakefront homes on 2 lakes.

The lakes are Lake Butler and Lake Cypress. Lake Cypress is a small 62-acre lake on the Northern side of the community. Lake Butler is a large 1,579-acre lake on the Eastern side of the community. Lake Butler is the namesake lake for the Butler Chain of Lakes and you can reach at least 10 other lakes from Lake Butler by boat. Any home on Lake Butler is a spectacular home and owning one puts you in an elite class of home owners.

When you enter into Waterstone you notice that it looks spacious and it looks spectacular.

The homes are immaculate and the landscaping is superior to many communities in this area. There is no shortage of sidewalks and the large pond in the community provides an excellent addition giving many of the homes not on waterfront lots a great view of a beautiful scenic pond. There is a sidewalk and open area around this pond and you can take long walks in this community without seeing the same place repeatedly.

After buying a home for sale in Waterstone you may want to stay in the community for quite a while. However sooner or later you will need to venture into the surrounding community. When that time comes you will be pleasantly surprised.  This part of Windermere has been through a lot of modernization in the last few years and it now has many local conveniences for shopping. Less than 5 minutes from your new home and you can be at 2 different locations each with a Publix Supermarket and different shops and boutiques. There will rarely be a reason to venture further.
