Watermark is located on the shores of Lake Lartigue and Huckleberry Lake. Its main entrances are on Seidel Road and Summerlake Groves Street.

Watermark consists of single family homes. No townhomes or villas are located here. The homes range in size from 1,758 to well over 5,000 square feet of living space. There are Lakefront, water view and pond front homes. The amenities are some of the nicest in the area. There is a large clubhouse, very nice community pool with children’s play area, tennis courts, several large park areas and a covered children’s play area.
The lakes are one of the things that have made this area so attractive. Watermark has improved the area with some spectacular homes for sale. (429) Toll Road. The 429 is over 30 miles of convenience. It runs from Interstate-4 to the Northern portion of Lake Apopka and is a major commuting bonus. You may never need it since Summerlake Groves Street has been completed. Just 3.7 miles North will get you to much of the shopping you will ever wish to do.
