Waterford Pointe is a gated community in Northwestern Windermere Florida.

Waterford Pointe is a community of luxury homes located on the shores of Lake Roberts, Lake Luntz and 2 ponds. Waterford Pointe has only one entrance. That entrance is on McKinnon Rd. Your mapping system may look like there is a Northern entrance but that entrance is Lake Robert’s Landing and these communities do not join.

Most of the homes in Waterford Pointe were built between 1990 and 2002.

There were some homes built after 2002 but only a few. All of the homes in this community are luxury homes and the entrance is a beautiful entrance that everyone that drives by will notice. Nearly all of the homes are over 3,000 sf. and at least one home has over 7,600 sf. of living space.

Lake Roberts and Lake Luntz are smaller lakes. Lake Roberts has a surface area of 116-acres and Lake Luntz has a surface area of just over 21 acres. Lake Roberts is a beautiful and clean lake that is large enough to enjoy and there is a natural area on the Northwestern shore to allow wildlife to flourish on the lake.

Waterford Pointe is in a great location that allows you seclusion in a beautiful area while being conveniently close to all of the modern conveniences that we have all come to enjoy. The entrance is on McKinnon Rd. This road has some very luxurious and expensive neighborhoods on and around it. The reasons are the natural settings and location. From the entrance to the community it is 3.5 miles to the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (Toll Road) and the Winter Garden Village. The 429 will get you to downtown Orlando or Universal Orlando Resort in about 20 minutes. The Winter Garden Village has a Lowes Hardware, Super Target, LA Fitness and numerous restaurants, shops and stores. The homes for sale in Waterford Pointe certainly have a lot to offer.
