Walkers Grove is located on the North side of the West Orange Trail and South of Lake Apopka. It has two entrances one on West Bay Street and one on Brayton Road. Both entrances are clearly marked and the community is hard to miss.
There is a community pool and park in the center of the community and another park area on the Southeastern Corner. The townhomes are gorgeous their paver driveways and varying appearances make this one of the most attractive townhome communities in Winter Garden. The townhomes range from 1,805 to 1,892 square feet of living space (not including garages) and most and I believe all of them were built in 2015. On average, it can be expected that only 3-5 homes will resell per year. If you see one for sale and you are interested I suggest you contact us very soon. It may not be on the market long. If there are none for sale we can find you the most similar in the area.
Less than half of a mile East on the West Orange Trail and you will arrive at Plant Street and Centennial Park. You have just taken part of a historic journey. The trail follows the path taken by the railroad in the early 1900’s. Plant Street was where all of the action was in Winter Garden Florida. Clark Gable took the train to and walked the streets of Winter Garden on many occasions. He loved the night life and fishing on Lake Apopka and John’s Lake. He was just one of many.
Walkers Grove is a very nice community, all you need is the right townhome for sale.
