Verde Park is in Winter Garden Florida.

Verde Park is a community of luxury homes located South of Lake Apopka on the North side of Old County Road 50 and the West Orange Trail.

Verde Park is a Meritage Homes community.

It is a non-gated neighborhood of approximately 112 homes/ home sites. The homes in this community are larger than the average older homes in this area. The sizes range from 2,701 sf. to 5,111 sf. of living space. 2,701 is a fairly large home to have as the smallest in a community. The majority of the homes here were built between 2014 and 2016 there may be a couple of exceptions but not many. The community is not old enough to have much of a sales history. From the Multiple Listing Service that local Realtors use the highest price recorded for one of the new homes was $500,349 and that was for the community’s former model. The median price for a home here was over $400,000. The amenities include a park and children’s playground. The children’s playground is at the right of the entrance and can be seen from the road through the fence. It is a nice playground with decorative pergolas on each end.

The location for Verde Park was chosen for several reasons.

First and foremost, your ability to commute from it. This area is building up fairly quickly. Clermont to the West has many new communities and Winter Garden is spreading both South and Westward. Those are the best directions because of your ability to access the Florida Turnpike or the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). Both are Toll roads but they more than pay for themselves if you are commuting very far. You can access the Florida Turnpike less than 2 miles from Verde Park.

We all like to have some local shopping resources close to our home. Our time off is just too valuable. Publix Supermarket is only 2 miles to your West. And if you prefer a Target Supercenter then it is only one mile further. Verde Park not only has luxury homes for sale, it has a fantastic location.
