Venezia is a lakefront community in Orlando Florida.

Venezia is located on the Western Shore of Big Sand Lake in Dr. Phillips. Dr. Phillips is a very popular part of Orlando Florida. It is located on the South side of Universals theme parks and very close to Disney and major roads.

Venezia is a fairly exclusive neighborhood.

Every address is a Pointe Venezia Dr. address and there are only 54 homes or home sites. Of those homes 15 are waterfront homes located around the large central pond and fountain. There’s also 20 homes including 2 potential home sites that are lakefront on Big Sand Lake. One of the several good things about this community is there is very little traffic. Most people do not even know it is here. It is located on the eastern side of Sand Lake Cove. If you enter Sand Lake Cove from the Fernleaf Dr. entrance you can drive straight through to Venezia.

The homes in Venezia range in size from 2,400 sf. to over 5,000 sf. of living area.

This community was built in 2007 through 2010 but there are newer exceptions. Big Sand lake is over 1,000 square acres and you can access Little Sand Lake via canal. Any home in Venezia is a well maintained and beautiful home. In the last 5 years only 15 homes have sold. The nicer homes on the lakefront lots are over $1,000,000.
