Valencia Shores is a small community on the Southern Shores of Lake Apopka.

Valencia Shores located on the North side of West Bay Street .6 miles from the West end of Centennial Park in Downtown Winter Garden Florida.

Valencia Shores has approximately 62 homes inside of its boundaries.

There are 3 homes in this community that are lakefront and 4 culde sacs which have some homes with irregular lots. There is no community pool or children’s playground but there is a very large community lakefront park that had/has picnic tables. Most of the homes have between 1,690 square feet and 4,429 square feet. The homes were built starting in 1973 and mostly finished by 1995.  There are many older homes in Winter Garden that are in newer communities. Often it is because the community is in a great place. This community is indeed in a great place. One of the statistics that shows people are happy in this community is the market history. Winter Garden Florida has many neighborhoods without community pools or children’s parks. The city has several parks that are very nice and they are spread throughout the area. One such park is Newton Park located just 1.5 miles away. Newton park has a very nice children’s park, a boat ramp, covered picnic area, a fishing pier and Farnsworth Public Pool is right next to it. You get lower HOA fees and a much nicer park just one mile away.

Valencia Shores is also very close to Centennial Park and the West Orange Trail.

Centennial Park is on Plant Street and has the history and modern culture that Winter Garden Florida is famous for on display daily. Valencia Shores is a great community with nice homes and in a great area.
