Twinwaters is a lakefront community in Winter Garden Florida on the Southern shores of Johns Lake.

Twinwaters can be found quite easily by driving Eastwardly on March Road from The Avalon intersection. Twinwaters is the Northern and Southern exit off of the first round-about.

This subdivision has a community pool and a children’s playground or “tot lot”. You cannot see the children’s playground until you reach Varone Cove Court’s culde-sac. The playground is on the North side of the community pool next to the exercise trail that goes around the wetland.

Twinwaters is very much a luxury home community.

Many of its homes are lakefront on Johns Lake or lakeview. The Southern section of the community is just as nice but overlooks Lake Avalon instead. Johns lake is a 2,439-acre lake and Lake Avalon is considerably smaller. The homes range in size from 2,499 square feet to 5,217 square feet. The community was started in 2016 and is destined to be a premier attraction on the Southern banks of Johns Lake.

With the local competition as great as it is Twinwaters has definitely staked its’ claim as one of the premier luxury home communities. The appearance of the community from the time you approach until the time you leave speaks for itself.
