Twinwaters can be found quite easily by driving Eastwardly on March Road from The Avalon intersection. Twinwaters is the Northern and Southern exit off of the first round-about.

This subdivision has a community pool and a children’s playground or “tot lot”. You cannot see the children’s playground until you reach Varone Cove Court’s culde-sac. The playground is on the North side of the community pool next to the exercise trail that goes around the wetland.
