Tuscan Hills is a resort community approximately 4 miles from Disney. This gated community has only one entrance located on the south side of Florence Villa Grove Rd. about 300 feet east of state road 27. The entrance sign is small and discreet.

Tuscan Hills is a community containing approximately 160 homes. There are 90 townhomes and 70 traditional Florida homes. There are amenities including a tennis court, beach sand volleyball court and a children’s play area near the entrance. Each Villa or home has its’ own private screened in pool.

The traditional homes in Tuscan Hills vary in size from approximately 1,373 square feet to 2,896 square feet of living area. Those measurements do not include patio, balcony or garage space. Just heated and cooled portions of the homes. The largest home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

State Road 27 is essentially right outside of the entrance. This is the road you will use to commute to and from the theme parks or to the major roads for commuting. There are numerous restaurants along this road as well as places to get those supplies we all like to keep in our homes. Less than 1 mile south is Berry Town Center which has a Publix Supermarket and a couple of other shops and stores.
