Turtle Creek is a gated community in Orlando Florida.

Turtle Creek is in Dr. Phillips which is a highly esteemed portion of Orlando Florida. The only entrance to the community is on the West side of S Apopka Vineland Rd directly across from Buena Vista Woods Blvd. The neighborhood is easy to notice because of the large red brick entrance ang guardhouse.

Turtle Creek contains 276 homes and several subdivisions.

There are several different models and sizes of homes available inside of this beautiful gated community. There are 15 homes on Lake Little Fish or the canal leading to it. There are also 21 waterfront homes on a large pond on the Western side of Turtle Creek. Immediately after you pass through the gate into the neighborhood if you take your first right you will pull up into a parking lot for the community tennis courts, Basketball Ct. and Volleyball Ct.

The homes in Turtle Creek vary in size from 1,889 sf. to over 8,000 square feet of living space. The homes in the community were built between the years 1996 and 2003 with very few exceptions. If you are interested in a smaller size home when you enter take your first left. Those homes on averages are smaller.

The homes on Little Fish Lake or on the canal which leads to the lake have access to thirteen lakes on the Butler Chain of Lakes. This community has many great things about it. Not just beautiful homes for sale.

Turtle Creek is almost directly in between two great places to shop or go to a restaurant.
