The Trails of Winter Garden is located on East Crown Point Road ¼ of a mile South of East Fullers Cross Road. There are two entrances to the community. One entrance is inside of Chapin Station (the community) and the other on East Crown Point Road. The latter is clearly marked with a large red brick sign on each side of the entrance.
This helps set the community apart from nearby neighborhoods making it much easier to find. Inside is a large pond and fountain on the Northern side of Mistflower Lane. There are 64 homes inside of the subdivision and they range in size from approximately 1,623 to 2,895 square feet of living space. Most of the homes in the Trails of Winter Garden were built between 2004 and 2007. There is no community park or community pool.
Chapin Station is a 15-minute walk and less than one mile. There are tennis courts etc. Chapin Station is part of the West Orange Trail. Three miles away is Newton Park on the shore of Lake Apopka. At Newton Park there is a children’s playground, covered picnic area, boat ramp, fishing pies and a large public swimming pool.
Shopping from the community will likely be at the Publix Supermarket at Fountains West. There is also a bank and access to the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road here. You can also access the 429 an equal distance to the subdivisions South on Plant Street. This is a great road and will occasionally save you a lot of time. As you can see the Trails of Winter Garden has much more going for it than attractive homes for sale.
