Torey Pines’ entrance can be found on the Eastern Side of S. Apopka Vineland Rd. ¾ of a mile South of Conroy Windermere Rd. There is only one entrance on S Apopka Vineland Rd. and there are small signs on each side. There is a traffic light at the entrance.
There are 17 waterfront homes and many of the homes ore on irregular shaped lots giving them larger than average lot sizes. For tennis lovers there are courts on the Eastern Side of Summerville Pl. with parking. This is a beautiful community with nicer homes than you may think by looking at the relatively inconspicuous entrance. The homes in Torey Pines were built in sizes ranging from 2,586 sf. to 4,540 sf. of living area. Having home sizes from 2,500 sf. and up puts this neighborhood in a pretty small group. Most of the homes in Torey Pines were built between the years of 1989 and 2003. There may be a couple of exceptions but very few.
Driving through the community it is easy to see why people here have chosen it. The homes are in good shape and the streets are beautiful to drive down. Large trees provide shade for the sidewalks’ joggers and dog walkers. On average 11 homes here sell every year so if you see a home for sale contact us, it may not be on the market vey long if it is priced correctly.
¾ of a mile North on S Apopka Vineland Rd. is The Grove Shopping Center and The Shoppes at Windermere. There is a Publix Supermarket, Walmart Fresh Market and several other stores and Restaurants.
