Timbercreek Pines is located on the Southeastern side of Lake Apopka and just North of Plant Street. If you live in the area you can find it ¼ of a mile West of Centennial Parks’ Western end.
The first homes in this community were built in 2004 and the community was completed in late 2005. The homes vary in size from 1,580 to just under 4,000 square feet of living space. There are two ways into the community but only one has signs that say Timbercreek Pines. The marked entrance is on North Park Avenue. Enter into the subdivision on Clancy Street and on your right-hand side will be a large community pond but there is no community park or pool. Thankfully this is Winter Garden and less than one mile away is Newton Park. Newton Park is on the bank of Lake Apopka. The park has a nice children’s playground, boat ramp, covered picnic area, fishing pier and open spaces with large shade trees to just relax under. Farnsworth Pool is next to Newton Park and is a large public pool and very well maintained.
That would be Centennial Park and Plant Street. Plant Street has many local attractions including 2 rail road museums both with a lot of the history detailed for you and both free admittance. You can walk up and down Plant Street and enjoy the shops and the eateries or just watch the children play in the splash park. This is not only part of the West Orange Trail but a great place to hang out and socialize.
This subdivision is in the middle of it all. Having a great location only leaves one thing, finding the right home for sale in Timbercreek Pines.
