The Orchard is a townhome community in Winter Garden.

The Orchard is located in Winter Garden Florida on Winter Garden Vineland Road. It has one gated community entrance 1/3 of a mile South of the Florida Turnpike. If you are going South the entrance will be on the righthand side of the road across from the Daniels Landing community entrance.

There is no guard and there is a pedestrian entrance. Inside the Orchard on the South side is the community pool, children’s playground and amenities center. The playground is shaded and very nice. The pool is appropriately sized.

The community was built between late 2005 and 2007. The townhomes range in size from 1,565 sf. to just under 2,200 sf. of living space. The community is not that large so the homes do not come up for sale that often. On average 8 homes sell here every year. That average is over the last 3 years. There are similar options in the area.

The Orchard is in a good location and it is also a well maintained community.

To the North is West Colonial Drive. On West Colonial Drive is a lot of the stores and services you will need and all close to your new townhome. South of the community is the Winter Garden Village and the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road. The Winter Garden Village has a lot of shopping and employment opportunities. There is a Lowes Hardware, Target Supercenter, LA Fitness, Immediate Care Center and many other shops, stores, boutiques and restaurants. Nearly ½ of a square mile of shopping and parking.

The 429 is the quickest way to get to downtown Orlando. The 429 can have you downtown in 20 minutes. Universal Orlando Resort or Disney’s Magic Kingdom are just as close. The Orchard has more than nice homes, it has a great location.
