The Hamptons at Metrowest is a community in Orlando Florida. The Hamptons is a fairly large community located on the northern shore of Turkey Lake and its primary entrance is on the southwest side of Robert Trent Jones Dr. Downtown Orlando Florida is about 5.25 miles to the east.
The Hamptons is a mixed community of Townhomes and a few villas. The parking can either be in a home with a garage or there is a lot of parking in allocated spots around the homes and on the east side of Manhattan Village Ave where there is only parking. This community was built between 2000 and 2007 with most of the construction in its earliest couple of years. Like many of the communities in the Metrowest area the homes were built in a wide variety of sizes. They range from approximately 658 square feet to 1,654 square feet of living area. Even someone who needs a basic 1 bedroom and 1 bath home can find it in this community. The bad part is only 2 homes on average sell in this neighborhood.
The Hamptons amenities include a beautiful community pool and a recreation building. There is a pier on Turkey Lake and a nice courtyard at the main entrance. From the pier you can see Bill Frederick Park on the other side of Turkey Lake. The park is only a few minutes away and a very nice option for individuals or even groups. It is gated and there is a nominal fee which keeps the traffic down and helps make it more secure.
Shopping for groceries, going to college, Universal Orlando Resort, and the best shopping Malls in Florida are all minutes away from this community. Not to mention some good job opportunities. When you combine that with the prices you can get one of these homes for you can see why a person would choose the Hamptons at Metrowest.
