The Cove at Hamlin is a waterfront community in Winter Garden Florida.

The Cove at Hamlin can be found on the Northwestern shore of Lake Hancock. Its main entrance is on the East side of Hamlin Groves Trail ½ of a mile South of New Independence Parkway.

The Cove at Hamlin is a Taylor Morrison community and was completed in April 2017.

This is a stunning community on the beautiful Lake Hancock.

Lake Hancock has 481-acres of surface area which is more than enough surface for most water sports and yes there is a boat ramp.  The homes in this community are very attractive. The layout was designed to feature the lake and allow as many homes as possible to have at least a water view. The amenities include a magnificent large pool with fire pits, pavilion, amphitheater, and children’s playground. In addition, there is a state of the art fitness center.

The primary emphasis is on the lake and the natural habitat. That being said the homes look great. They have to because of the level of competition in this area. These homes look like individual homes not the cookie cutter type that you find in some other communities.  The sizes of the homes range from 1,938 to 3,967 square feet of living space. The first homes in the Cove at Hamlin were built in 2015 and the last one in 2017. As you can see the homes are stunning, large and new. The most expensive new home to have sold was just under $800,000.
