Terra Verde Resort located approximately 7 miles southwest of Epcot. The gated and guarded entrance is on the east side of North Poinciana Boulevard. The entrance is easy to notice because of the large boulder wall reading Terra Verde.

The traditional Terra Verde Resort homes were built between 2003 and 2006 with a couple of later exceptions. The homes vary in size from 1,241 square feet to 2,881 square feet of living area. The larger homes having 7 bedrooms and 4 baths, or 6 bedrooms and 5 baths.

Terra Verde Resort’s townhomes were built from 2002 to 2005 and vary in size from 1,241 square feet to 1,645 square feet of living area. The largest of the townhomes have 4 bedrooms and three baths. These are vey nice townhomes and expect 4 to 6 homes in each building. Parking is readily available in marked spaces.
