It is located directly across from Tilden Road on the Eastern side of Winter Garden Vineland Road on the Northern Shore of Lake Roper.
There are 5 ponds providing water view and waterfront homes, there are nineteen Lakefront homes on Lake Roper and six lakefront homes on Lake Luntz. The community is quite attractive and very well maintained. Some of the homes look as good as many homes in gated communities in this area. There is no community pool or park but Braddock Park is less than half of one mile South and it is a very nice park.
The homes in the community range from approximately 2,400 square feet to over 4,400 square feet of living space. Most of the homes were constructed between 1991 and 2002.
