Storey Grove is located on the West side of Avalon Road 1.1 miles South of Seidel Road West of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road access point. 

Storey Road is a community of both townhomes and traditional single-family homes.

This community features single family homes ranging in size from approximately 1,770 to over 3,000 square feet of living space. The townhomes range in size from 1,615 to 2,000 square feet of living space. The single-family homes wave been selling for 239,000 to $291,000 and the townhomes have been selling for $230,000 to $252,000. Prices may vary according to modifications etc. 

Storey Grove is scheduled to be a community of 890 homes.

The amenities will include many parks, trails, ponds and open areas. There will also be a complete fitness center with modern equipment and a community pool. When all is finished where will even be a commercial district and school. Storey Grove is well on its way to being an excellent community and the best is yet to come.
