Stone Creek has a main entrance on Avalon Road and the South side on Stoneybrook West Parkway across from Stoneybrook West Golf Club. The entrances are clearly marked
The homes are some of the most economical in the area and the subdivision is very nice. There are plenty of shade trees and a nice park area with a children’s playground. Inside of the community there is also an entrance to Belle Meade. The entrance is gated with electronic admittance. There are 4 ponds that provide water view to some of the homes in the community and two wooded wetlands. The most attractive things about Stone Creek are the price and the quality of homes. The homes very in size from 1,253 sf. to 3,600 sf. of living area. The community was built from 2000 to 2006. There may be exceptions to those numbers but very few. In the last 4 years on average 36 homes have sold each year. The main contributor to the high sales is the size of Stone Creek. Usually there are several homes for sale here.
