If you use the entrance to the Country Club that is located the furthest North on Dr. Phillips Blvd. then St. Ives will be the first community on your left after you enter.
Of those 91 homes 9 of them overlook a large pond on the Northeast corner. This is a beautiful yet small community kept separate from the rest of this larger golfing community. Nice, quiet and low trafficked it is located conveniently near the entrance. The Orange County Country club is famous for its’ beautiful course and amenities. Make sure when you visit St. Ives you allot enough time in your schedule to visit the Orange Tree Recreation Center on Woodgreen Dr.
St. Ives was built in 1989 through 1991 with most of the homes being completed in 1990. The homes in the neighborhood vary in size from 2,218 sf. to 3,700 sf. of living area. Most of the homes hare have private pools. The community is well maintained and attractive to drive through. On average 5 homes per year have been selling here over the previous 5 years. Statistically 6 percent is the ideal rate of turnover in this area. This is a really good sign that the owners in St. Ives are content living there.
The area that this community and country club are in is pretty amazing. Where else can you be so closed to attractions others fly thousands of miles to visit. Best of all you can visit most of the shops, stores and restaurants and never be affected by the traffic of Universal’s parks. Just on the other side of Universal are some of the most famous malls in Orlando.
