This beautiful yet affordable complex is located just 1/8 of a mile South of the Florida Turnpike on the West side of Winter Garden Vineland Road. You will notice it from the beautiful white gated entrance with signs on each side reading Southern Pines.
There is a community pool, children’s play area and a tennis court. All centrally located and nicely landscaped. This is a great area to find affordable housing. There are many homes in Winter Garden that do not have this nice of a location.
The condos were built in 2005 and 2006 and range in size from 738 sf. to 1,499 square feet. Over the last 4 years there has been an average of 16 sales per year. If there are homes for sale in Southern Pines move quick. When they are priced right they usually sell. If there are no homes for sale be patient normally there may be one soon.
If you are from the area you will recognize it as having access to great commuting for work, school or shopping. Just North is West Colonial Drive and West Point Commons. West Point Commons has a Publix Supermarket, a bank, drug store, restaurants and gas station. All within ½ of a mile from your new home.
Southern Pines also gives you relatively quick access to the Daniel Webster Western Beltway also known as the 429. This toll road will have you at Universal’s Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay or Downtown Orlando in just over 20 minutes. Getting to Disney is also very easy.
As you can see there is a lot of great things about Southern Pines’ location, there are some great condos for sale also.
