South Bay is a non-gated community in Orlando Florida.

South Bay is located on the Eastern shore of Lake Tibet and on the South side of the Bay Hill Club. If you are not from this area the community is 9.6 miles Southwest of Downtown Orlando.

South Bay is a beautiful community with a lovely entrance.

You pull onto Granada Blvd from S Apopka Vineland Rd and take either your first or second entrance on your right. There is a South Bay Sign on the left visible only after you arrive on South Bay Dr. If you continue of South Bay Dr. you will pass the community’s tennis courts on your left. There is lighting on these courts and ample parking. For Clarification purpose the homes on Lost Cove Dr. are also South Bay homes. The only sign marking them is a white No Outlet sign. There are 8 waterfront homes on Lost Cove Dr. that are on a pond.

South Bay is a lovely community to drive through.

Most of the streets are curved and all of them seem to be shaded by beautiful trees. If you go to the Western side of the community you can drive down Cypress Cove Dr. There are 15 homes on this street that are lakefront homes on Lake Tibet. Just more beautiful homes in the neighborhood. After driving through you will appreciate the location more. There is very little traffic that does not belong here. There is some from the homes in Southern Bay Hill but they are all really just neighbors. Many of the homes are intermingled.

Directly across South Apopka Vineland Rd. is Sand Lake Rd. This is the main street for Dr. Phillips. There is a lot of great shopping and several fine restaurants. You will use this location quite often. South Bay has the secluded beautiful homes, Dr. Phillips has everything else you need.
