Signature Lakes is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Located in Independence Signature lakes is a beautiful collection of homes. This community is can be found on the West side of Ficquette Road and features homes on Lake Hancock, Speer lake and several large ponds in the area.

Signature Lakes is a very large non-gated community.

There are both townhomes and single-family homes to choose from both sharing community pools, children’s playgrounds and several parks. The traditional single-family homes come in a wide variety of floorplans and sizes just as you would expect in any modern planned development. Traditional home sizes range from 1,644 to over 6,000 square feet. The townhomes range from an economical size of just over 1,000 sf. to a maximum size of over 2,300 sf.  As you can see there is a wide variety of options in this beautiful contemporary community.

The parks and amenities are laid out in such a way you can either walk to them or drive. The sidewalks here are wonderful and the parking at the community pool, tennis courts and sport courts is more than large enough. Other items of interest are, there are over 20 ponds in the community which contribute to the beauty and serenity and Settlers Landing is the communities boat launch on Lake Hancock.

Even though Signature Lakes is incredible you will want to go shopping, commute to work or out for entertainment. Ficquette Road enables you to be at Disney’s Magic kingdom in just 7 minutes. This same road can have you at the Cornerstone Marketplace in 5 minutes where you can load up at the Publix Supermarket or make use of one of the restaurants, stores or boutiques.
