Sawyer Sound is a small gated community in Windermere Fl.

Sawyer Sound is comprised of 20 luxury home sites eight of which are lakefront homes on Little Lake Sawyer. There are two separate waterfront homes on a small pond in the Southern corner of the community. This is a Cam Bradford Homes community. Cam Bradford has been in business for 20 years and builds excellent homes. The entrance to this community is noticeable and attractive. The homes range from just over 3,000 sf. to over 5,000 sf. not including the garage space. Little Lake Sawyer is a 63-acre clean lake and there is a channel to Lake Sawyer which is slightly larger.
