Sand Lake Cove is a lakefront community on Big Sand Lake.

Sand lake Cove is located in Orlando Florida on the Western portion of Big Sand Lake. The entrances to Sand Lake Cove is on Smith Bennett Rd. If you are not from the area This lake and community are just four miles South of Universals Orlando Resort.

Sand Lake Cove is a community of 213 lovely homes.

Of these homes 15 homes are lakefront on Big Sand Lake. The lakefront homes are very nice and so are the homes that are mingled into the remaining portions of the neighborhood. There is no community park but Dr. Phillips Community Park is within 1 mile to the South. The Dr. Phillips Park is one of the nicest community parks in Orlando.

The homes in Sand Lake Cove were built in sizes from approximately 2,055 sf. to 4,000 sf. of living space. The homes were built between 1996 and 1999. This has allowed the trees on the main roads in the neighborhood to grow to maturity and provide shade for those who choose to take walks or go jogging. In the last 5 years there have been 60 homes sell. That is perfectly normal for a stable community.
