Saddlebrook is a community in Gotha Florida. Saddlebrook is conveniently located between the 408 Expressway and the Florida Turnpike. There is only one entrance and it is on the West side of Hempel Ave. The entrance is not gated and has large signs that clearly identifying it. If you are not from this area or just not familiar with Gotha it is located next to the northern portion of Windermere Florida and about 8.6 miles West of Downtown Orlando Florida.
Saddlebrook is a large community consisting of approximately 195 traditional single family homes. This community was built between 1994 and 2008 but most of the homes were built prior to 2005. The homes in Saddlebrook vary in size from approximately 1,552 square feet to 3,998 square feet of living area. Gotha is rich in tradition and a nice rural town full of shaded trees and its’ historic culture. However, Saddlebrook is minutes away from The West Oaks Mall, The AMC 14 West Oaks Theater, Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Lowes Hardware and Walmart Supercenter. All of that is just in Ocoee. To the South is Windermere and the Butler Chain of Lakes along with the best golfing and themed parks in the state of Florida if not in all of the United States.
